Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation or reschedule requests must be sent via email to pottery@wheelandslab.com

Refund Options

  • Store Credit (Digital Gift Card): Receive 100% of your eligible refund amount. No fees.

  • Original Payment Method: Receive your eligible refund amount less a $15 administrative fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.

Cancellation Timeline (Classes & Workshops)

Refund eligibility is based on when your email request is received:

  • 10+ Days Notice: 100% of registration fees.

  • 7 Days Notice: 80% of registration fees.

  • 3 Days Notice: 50% of registration fees.

  • Within 48 Hours: No refunds or credits will be issued (except for documented medical emergencies).

Make-ups & Missed Sessions

  • Weekly Classes: If you must miss a session, please notify us in writing. We will do our best to schedule a make-up session, though these are subject to wheel/instructor availability and are not guaranteed.

  • One-Day Workshops: Because these are unique events, we cannot offer make-ups or credits for missed workshops.

  • Private Events: Bookings are Final Sale. No refunds are issued for private events, though we may allow a one-time reschedule if requested at least 14 days in advance.

Additional Terms

  • Merchandise & Clay: Unused, unopened merchandise or clay may be returned for Store Credit only within 14 days (less a $7 restocking fee).

  • Studio Cancellations: If we cancel an event due to low enrollment, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
